Our father farmed all of his life and when he died at the age of 91,  he left three city daughters in charge of his property.  We did not know where to turn to sell farm land and were referred to Carrie Duffy and her company, Black Dirt Land Sales & Management.  We are so glad that we turned to Carrie for assistance.  She helped us set a fair price for our land and helped us understand the logic behind the price.  The sale turned out to be quite complicated, with numerous surveys completed over the years and a troublesome half acre that turned out to belong to a neighbor!  Carrie helped us through all of these issues and we completed a successful sale in August 2017.  Carrie is the ultimate professional whose word still means something in these uncertain times.  We wholeheartedly recommend Carrie for your land management and sales needs.
